RETREAT YO' SELF is a retreat for trans, queer, and co-conspirators of color whose work is meant to be an offering to something much larger than the individual. Visual artists, community organizers, writers, musicians, dancers, poets, filmmakers, actors, storytellers, designers, directors, producers and creators whose gifts don't neatly fit into categories.
The goal of this retreat is to cultivate rest, renewal, and revitalization among agents of institutional and systemic change who take wise action in an effort to create peace, equity, liberation, and sustainability in the world.

DURING YOUR STAY
Your housing, meals, travel, a Healing Arts treatment, and programming are all free of charge. Arrival is on Sunday May 4, after 4pm. Housing is guaranteed by 4pm. Check-out is on Friday May 9. A schedule of our group sessions is provided below:

Other than these scheduled times, you are free to explore Kripalu at your leisure, including our R&R classes and our grounds. These schedules are subject to change.
